Creating Your Account

A True Protection by Jag account gives you access to your license management portal, cloud-based JagAI features, and customer support. Here is how to create and set up your account.

Registration Steps

• Step 1: Visit tpjsecurity.com/register in your web browser.
• Step 2: Enter your name, email address, and a strong password.
• Step 3: Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Step 4: Click Create Account.
• Step 5: Check your email for a verification link and click it to confirm your account.

Account Features

Once your account is created, you can:

• View and manage all active licenses
• Download the latest version of True Protection
• Access JagAI cloud analysis reports
• Submit support tickets and track their progress
• Manage Family Plan device assignments
• View your billing history and invoices

Two-Factor Authentication

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Navigate to Account Settings > Security and follow the prompts to set up 2FA using an authenticator app such as a TOTP-based authenticator.

Protecting your True Protection account with 2FA prevents unauthorized access to your license management and security settings.
