When you install the True Protection agent, we collect device identifiers, operating system type and version, agent version, and hardware fingerprints solely for license activation and device management.

2.3 Threat Data

Our agent collects anonymized threat telemetry including file hashes, behavioral patterns, and network connection metadata. This data is used to improve our JagAI threat detection engine. We do not collect the contents of your personal files.

2.4 Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage statistics to improve the Service, including scan frequency, feature usage, and application performance metrics.
