True Protection Mobile Companion App

The True Protection Mobile Companion app extends your security management to iOS and Android devices. While not a full mobile antivirus, the companion app provides monitoring, alerting, and remote management capabilities for your protected desktop and server devices.

Mobile App Features

Status Dashboard: View the protection status of all your devices at a glance. Green indicates fully protected, yellow indicates warnings, and red indicates critical issues.
Push Notifications: Receive real-time alerts on your phone when threats are detected, scans complete, or devices require attention.
Remote Scan: Initiate scans on your desktop or server devices directly from your phone.
Threat Details: View detailed information about detected threats including file path, threat type, and recommended action.
Quick Actions: Approve or quarantine detected threats remotely when you are away from your computer.

Getting Started

Step 1: Download the True Protection app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 2: Sign in with your True Protection account.
Step 3: Your registered devices will appear automatically on the dashboard.
Step 4: Enable push notifications when prompted to receive real-time alerts.

Enterprise Mobile Management

Administrators using the Business or Enterprise plan can view organization-wide device status, respond to critical alerts, and manage incidents from the mobile app. The app supports biometric authentication and is compatible with MDM-managed devices.
