Understanding the Dashboard
The True Protection by Jag dashboard is your central command center for managing your security. This guide explains each section and how to interpret the information displayed.
Protection Status
The large shield icon at the top of the dashboard displays your overall protection status:
- Green Shield: All protection modules are active and definitions are up to date.
- Yellow Shield: One or more modules need attention, such as an outdated definition or a disabled feature.
- Red Shield: Critical protection is disabled or a threat has been detected that requires immediate action.
Quick Actions Panel
The center of the dashboard provides one-click access to common tasks:
- Quick Scan - starts a rapid scan of high-risk areas
- Full Scan - begins a comprehensive system scan
- Update - manually checks for definition and software updates
- Quarantine - view and manage quarantined threats
Activity Feed
The bottom section shows recent security events including blocked threats, completed scans, and update notifications. Each entry includes a timestamp, event type, and severity level. Click on any entry to view more details.
System Performance Monitor
