Joining the True Protection Beta Program

The True Protection Beta Program gives you early access to new features, engine improvements, and detection enhancements before they are released to the general public. Beta participants help improve the product by providing feedback and reporting issues.

What Beta Includes

Pre-Release Features: Test new protection modules, UI improvements, and capabilities weeks before general availability.
Early Engine Updates: Receive engine updates with improved detection algorithms ahead of the stable channel.
Experimental JagAI Models: Access to next-generation behavioral analysis models for enhanced threat detection.
Direct Feedback Channel: Submit feedback directly to the development team through the in-app beta feedback tool.

Enrolling in the Beta Program

Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Updates > Update Channel.
Step 2: Select Beta Channel instead of Stable Channel.
Step 3: Accept the beta program terms (beta software may contain bugs and is not recommended for production critical systems).
Step 4: Click Save. Your next update will deliver the latest beta version.

Returning to Stable

You can return to the stable channel at any time. Navigate to Settings > Updates > Update Channel and select Stable Channel. True Protection will revert to the latest stable version on the next update cycle. No data or settings are lost when switching between channels.
