Managing Your Subscription
Your True Protection by Jag subscription can be managed entirely through your online account. This guide covers viewing your plan, renewing, upgrading, and cancelling.
Viewing Your Current Plan
- Step 1: Log in at tpjsecurity.com/account.
- Step 2: Navigate to the Subscriptions tab.
- Step 3: Your current plan, renewal date, and device count are displayed here.
Available Plans
- Personal Plan: Protection for 1 device. Includes all core features plus JagAI cloud scanning.
- Family Plan: Protection for up to 5 devices. Includes parental controls and family dashboard.
- Business Plan: Protection for up to 25 devices. Includes centralized management console, priority support, and advanced reporting.
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade, go to Subscriptions > Change Plan. The price difference will be prorated for the remainder of your current billing period. Your new features will be available immediately after the upgrade.
Cancelling Your Subscription
We are sorry to see you go. To cancel, navigate to Subscriptions > Cancel Plan. Your protection will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, the software reverts to a limited free mode with basic scanning capabilities.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted protection. You can disable auto-renewal in Subscriptions > Auto-Renewal Settings at any time.
