Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The 30-day guarantee applies to new subscriptions and annual renewals.
Monthly subscription payments are not refundable but you can cancel to prevent future charges.
Refunds for upgrades are prorated based on unused time.

Option 1 - Online: Log in at tpjsecurity.com/account, navigate to Billing > Request Refund, and fill out the refund form.
Option 2 - Email: Send your request to [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund.
Option 3 - Support Ticket: Submit a support ticket through your account dashboard.

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 1 to 2 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your license will be deactivated. True Protection will revert to limited free mode. You can repurchase at any time if you decide to return.
