Fixing License Errors
If you see a "License Expired" or "Invalid License" message, your subscription may have lapsed, or there may be a synchronization issue with our activation servers. Follow these steps to resolve the problem.
License Expired
If your subscription has genuinely expired:
- Step 1: Log in to your account at tpjsecurity.com/account.
- Step 2: Navigate to the Subscriptions section.
- Step 3: Click Renew next to your expired plan.
- Step 4: Complete the payment process.
- Step 5: Return to True Protection and click Refresh License in Settings > License.
Invalid License (False Error)
If your license is current but you see an invalid license error:
- Step 1: Check your internet connection. License validation requires server communication.
- Step 2: Verify your system date and time are correct.
- Step 3: Go to Settings > License and click Reactivate.
- Step 4: If reactivation fails, deactivate the license and re-enter your license key.
- Step 5: Ensure no firewall is blocking connections to license.tpjsecurity.com.
Exceeded Device Limit
If you see an error about exceeding your device limit, log in to your account at tpjsecurity.com/account and review your active devices. Deactivate any devices you no longer use to free up license slots.
