Managing Multiple Licenses

If you have purchased multiple True Protection by Jag licenses or manage devices for your organization, the account portal provides tools to manage everything from a single location.

Viewing All Licenses

• Step 1: Log in at tpjsecurity.com/account.
• Step 2: Navigate to Licenses.
• Step 3: View all active, expired, and pending licenses associated with your account.

Device Management

For each license, you can see which devices are activated:

• Device name and operating system
• Activation date
• Last check-in time
• Protection status (active, outdated, or offline)

Combining Licenses

If you purchased multiple single-device licenses, you may want to upgrade to a Family Plan or Business Plan for easier management and cost savings. Contact our sales team at [email protected] to discuss consolidation options.

Business License Management

Business Plan subscribers have access to the Management Console, which provides:

• Centralized policy deployment across all devices
• Group-based configuration management
• Threat alert dashboard for all managed endpoints
• Detailed reporting and compliance tools
• Remote scan initiation and quarantine management
